Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we deliver to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at hello@fashiontight.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size for tights?

Each product page includes a size guide. Generally, tights sizing is based on your height and weight. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What brands do you stock?

We stock Penti, Louluu, Italiana, and Daymod — all premium hosiery brands made in Turkey.

Are your tights suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Many of our tights are made from soft, breathable materials suitable for sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for fabric details.

How should I care for my tights and socks?

We recommend hand washing inside out in cold water. Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry, or dry clean. Air dry flat for best results.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
