Fashion Tight is a trading name of Nominal-plan Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10561367, VAT no. GB262290611, registered address 41 Merrick House, Whale Avenue, Reading RG2 0GX, United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nominal-plan Ltd trading as Fashion Tight. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Your statutory rights: if you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in the termination of your use of the Service.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, PRICES AND CONTRACT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all orders.
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Prices for our products are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may choose to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes 2-3 working days; international delivery times vary by country. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND FAULTY GOODS
You may cancel your order and return items within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free. For hygiene reasons, hosiery must be returned with the packet seal intact, unworn and unwashed; this does not apply to faulty items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites which we do not monitor or control. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies carefully before you engage in any transaction with them.

SECTION 9 - REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, comments, ideas or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any malicious code. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine is unlawful, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products which are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted.

SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in another country, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
