Every order ships free — UK and worldwide, with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Reading. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday; there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any order within 30 days of the delivery date, and returns are free — we never charge for return postage.
Conditions for Returns
- For hygiene reasons, hosiery must be unopened: the packet seal must be intact and the item must not have been taken out of its packaging
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags and labels still attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Return
- Email us at hello@fashiontight.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will reply within 24 hours with instructions. In many cases we can resolve the issue without you needing to send anything back; if a return is needed, we will cover the postage
- Once the return is received or confirmed, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
