Delivery Information

Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Return
- Email us at hello@fashiontight.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack your items securely and send to our returns address
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
