Refund Policy
You have 15 days to return or exchange any order.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items where the seal on the packet has been broken or opened and the hosiery must not have be taken out of the packet).
You must obtain proof of postage from your post office. Your return parcel can take up to 5 working days to arrive back with us. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in its original resalable condition.
If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be required.
