Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any order, and returns are free - we never charge for return postage.

For hygiene reasons, hosiery must be returned unopened: the seal on the packet must be intact and the item must not have been taken out of its packaging. Returned products must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags, labels and original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@fashiontight.co.uk with your order number. We reply within 24 hours; in many cases we can resolve the issue without you needing to send anything back, and if a return is needed we cover the postage. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of the return being received or confirmed, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items: please contact us with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
