All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Reading, UK. For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail as our standard shipping provider. For international orders, we partner with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DHL, depending on the destination.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
