Penti 7 Denier Stop Fashion Tights give an ultra-transparent, barely-there look with built-in reassurance. Penti's 3D stop-hole technology stops small hooks from growing into visible ladders, while smooth touch yarn keeps them sensationally soft — so you get the lightest sheer finish without treating them as single-use.
How 3D stop-hole technology works
A ladder is a run of dropped stitches: one snag opens a hole and the knit unravels downwards. Penti's stop-hole knit locks each stitch to its neighbours in a three-dimensional structure, so a hook or nail catch stays a small mark instead of racing down the leg. Combined with a 40% elastane content — unusually high for a sheer — the tights stretch and recover rather than tearing. Flat seams, a comfort plus waistband, a cotton gusset and a transparent toe finish the pair for open shoes and fitted clothes.

7 denier vs 15 denier
7 denier is the lightest weight we sell: it evens out skin tone and adds a faint sheen but is otherwise invisible, which makes it the choice for summer weddings, evening wear and any outfit where bare legs are the look. 15 denier, like the Penti Style Fashion Tights, gives a visible tint and slightly more durability. FAQs
Are 7 denier tights see-through?
Yes — that is the point. 7 denier is as close to bare legs as tights get, with a matt finish that softens the skin rather than shining. Choose them when you want the polish of hosiery without anyone noticing you are wearing it.
Will they ladder?
Any sheer this fine can be damaged, but the 3D stop-hole knit is designed so a snag stops where it starts rather than running. Put them on with care — gather each leg to the toe, no rings or long nails — and they last far longer than an ordinary 7 denier.
Which size should I choose?
Penti sizes 1 to 3 follow height and weight: match yours on our size guide. With a tight this fine, sizing up if you are between two is the safest choice.
