Shipping Information
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Reading, UK. For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail as our standard shipping provider. For international orders, we partner with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DHL, depending on the destination.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the local postal service in your country. Delivery times may also be extended during busy periods, such as sales or the holiday season (November/December).
- UK Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on all orders. Orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
