How the calf band works

Most pop socks fail at the top: the band is either too loose and slides down, or too tight and leaves a mark. Penti's band is anatomically shaped to the curve of the calf and knitted with the right amount of elastane, so it grips by shape rather than by squeeze. The leg is a 20 denier sheer with a matt finish and a sandal toe, which means no reinforced toe showing in open shoes.
